352 - Chapter on the prohibition of urinating in stagnant water

352- BAB LARANGAN KENCING DAN SEJENISNYA DI AIR TERGENANG

1/1772 ــ عن جابر رضي الله عنه أنَّ رَسُولَ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهىٰ أن يُبَالَ في الماءِ الرَّاكدِ. رواه مسلم.

1772/1 - Jābir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: “The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) forbade urinating in stagnant water.” [Narrated by Muslim]

1/1772- Jābir -raḍiyallāhu 'anhu- meriwayatkan bahwa Rasulullah -ṣallallāhu 'alaihi wa sallam- melarang kencing di air tergenang." (HR. Muslim)

Stagnant water is the water that does not flow, like that of a small pond.

الرَّاكِدُ (ar-rākid): yang tidak bergerak seperti air telaga yang kecil.

1) تحريم أذية المؤمنين بالقول ؛ كالسب والشتم ، أو بالفعل؛ كالتبول في موارد المياه.

1) It is prohibited to hurt Muslims by words, like cursing and reviling, or by actions, like urinating in the sources of water.

1) Pengharaman menyakiti orang-orang beriman dengan perkataan seperti cacian dan makian, atau dengan perbuatan seperti kencing di tempat-tempat air.

2) من محاسن الشريعة الإسلامية الحثُّ علىٰ كل ما يحفظ صحة الفرد والمجتمع، ولذلك نهت عن البول في الماء الراكد.

2) One of the great aspects of the Islamic Shariah is that it urges people to do what maintains their health and that of the whole society. That is why it forbids urinating in still water.

2) Di antara keindahan syariat Islam ialah memotivasi adanya semua yang akan menjaga kesehatan individu dan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, syariat Islam melarang kencing di air tergenang.
