1/1255ــ عَنْ أبي قتادةَ رضي الله عنه أنَّ رَسُولَ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم سُئلَ عَنْ صوم يوم الاثنين؟ فقال: «ذلكَ يومٌ وُلِدْتُ فيه، ويومٌ بُعثْتُ ، أو أُنزلَ عليَّ فيه». رواه مسلم.
1/1255- Abu Qatādah -raḍiyallāhu 'anhu- meriwayatkan bahwa Rasulullah -ṣallallāhu 'alaihi wa sallam- telah ditanya tentang puasa hari Senin, maka beliau bersabda, "Itu adalah hari aku dilahirkan, hari aku diutus sebagai nabi, atau hari diturunkan wahyu kepadaku." (HR. Muslim)
1255/1 - Abu Qatādah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about fasting Mondays, and he said: “That is a day on which I was born and I was sent as a prophet, or revelation was sent to me.” [Narrated by Muslim]
2/1256ــ وعن أبي هُرَيْرةَ رضي الله عنه عَنْ رَسُولِ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: «تُعْرَضُ الأعْمَالُ يَوْمَ الاثنَيْنِ والخَمِيسِ، فَأُحِبُّ أَنْ يُعْرَضَ عَملي وَأنا صَائِمٌ». رواه الترمذيُّ وقال: حديثٌ حسنٌ، ورواهُ مسلمٌ بغير ذكر الصَّوْم.
2/1256- Abu Hurairah -raḍiyallāhu 'anhu- meriwayatkan dari Rasulullah -ṣallallāhu 'alaihi wa sallam- bahwa beliau bersabda, "Amalan-amalan dipaparkan (kepada Allah) pada hari Senin dan Kamis, sehingga aku senang bila amalanku diangkat saat aku sedang berpuasa." (HR. Tirmizi dan dia berkata, "Hadis hasan." Juga diriwayatkan oleh Muslim tanpa menyebutkan kata puasa).
1256/2 - Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Deeds are presented (to Allah) on Mondays and Thursdays. So, I like my deeds to be presented while I am fasting.” [Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi; he classified it as Hasan (sound)]. Muslim narrated it without mentioning the fast.
3/1257ــ وَعَنْ عائشةَ رضي الله عنها قَالَت: كانَ رسولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَحَرَّىٰ صَوْمَ الاثْنَيْنِ وَالخَمِيسِ. رواه الترمذي وقال: حديثٌ حسنٌ.
3/1257- Aisyah -raḍiyallāhu 'anhā- berkata, "Rasulullah -ṣallallāhu 'alaihi wa sallam- sangat memperhatikan puasa Senin dan Kamis." (HR. Tirmizi, dan dia berkata, "Hadisnya hasan")
1257/3 - ‘Ā’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: “The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) was keen to fast on Mondays and Thursdays.” [Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi; and he classified it as Hasan (sound)]
1) إظهار فضل يوم الاثنين لمناسبات عظيمة: ولادة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، وإنزال الوحي عليه، وكونه يوماً تُعرَض فيه الأعمال علىٰ الله تعالىٰ.
1) Menampakkan keutamaan hari Senin berdasarkan beberapa munasabah besar; momen kelahiran Rasul -ṣallallāhu 'alaihi wa sallam-, permulaan diturunkannya wahyu kepada beliau, dan sebagai hari pemaparan seluruh amalan kepada Allah -Ta'ālā-.
1) They point out the merit of Monday due to great events that happened on a Monday, namely the birth of the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him), sending down the revelation, and presenting people’s deeds to Allah Almighty.
2) تحرّي يومَي الاثنين والخميس بالصيام، لأن الأعمال تعرض علىٰ الله تَعَالىٰ في هذين اليومين.
2) Mengupayakan puasa hari Senin dan Kamis karena amal perbuatan dipaparkan kepada Allah -Ta'ālā- di dua hari ini.
2) We ought to be keen to fast Mondays and Thursdays, as our deeds are presented to Allah Almighty on these two days.
3) الترغيب في متابعة المقام العظيم الذي كَانَ عليه رَسُول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقد كان يتحرّىٰ مرضاة الله تَعَالىٰ في الصيام.
3) Anjuran untuk mengerjakan ibadah-ibadah besar yang menjadi amalan kebiasaan Rasulullah -ṣallallāhu 'alaihi wa sallam-, di antaranya ialah menuntut rida Allah -Ta'ālā- dengan ibadah puasa.
3) We are encouraged to follow the Prophet’s noble example, as he used to seek Allah’s pleasure through fasting.
الأيام الفاضلة يُتعبد فيها وفق المشروع من هدي النَّبيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، الذي هو خير الهدي، ولا يجوز مباشرة عبادات في هذه الأيام لم يشرعها الله تعالىٰ ولا رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فاحرصْ ياأخي علىٰ لزوم السنة النبوية، واهجرِ المحدَثات الرديّة.
Beribadah pada hari-hari yang mulia harus sesuai tata cara yang disyariatkan dalam petunjuk Nabi -ṣallallāhu 'alaihi wa sallam- yang merupakan sebaik-baik petunjuk. Tidak diperbolehkan pada hari-hari ini melakukan ibadah yang tidak disyariatkan oleh Allah -Ta'ālā- maupun Rasulullah -ṣallallāhu 'alaihi wa sallam-. Oleh karena itu, wahai saudaraku! Hendaklah Anda gigih untuk mengikuti Sunnah Nabi dan tinggalkan semua bidah yang rendah.
In virtuous days, we should perform acts of worship according to the Prophet’s guidance, the best guidance. We may not perform acts of worship during those days not legislated by Allah Almighty or His Messenger. We are required to adhere to the Prophet’s Sunnah and abandon religious innovations.
قال عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنه: «اتبعوا ولا تبتدعوا، فقد كفيتم، كل بدعة ضلالة». رواه الطبراني في (معجمه الكبير).
Abdullah bin Mas'ūd -raḍiyallāhu 'anhu- berkata, "Ikutilah (Sunnah), dan jangan mengadakan bidah. Karena kalian telah dicukupkan. Semua bidah adalah kesesatan." (Riwayat Aṭ-Ṭabaraniy dalam Al-Mu'jam Al-Kabīr)
‘Abdullāh ibn Mas‘ūd (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “Be followers, and do not introduce new things in religion. You already have what is enough. Indeed, every religious innovation is misguidance.” [Narrated by Al-Tabarāni in Al-Mu‘jam al-Kabīr]
