272. Chapter on Forbidding to Have Ill Assumption of Muslims Without Necessity

272- BAB LARANGAN BURUK SANGKA TERHADAP KAUM MUSLIMIN TANPA ALASAN MENDESAK

Allah Almighty says: {O you who believe, avoid much of the suspicion, for some suspicions are sin} [Surat al-Hujurāt: 12]

Allah -Ta'ālā- berfirman, "Wahai orang-orang yang beriman! Jauhilah banyak dari prasangka, sesungguhnya sebagian prasangka itu dosa." (QS. Al-Ḥujurāt: 12)

1573/1- Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the falsest of speech.” [Narrated by Al-Bukhāri and Muslim]

1/1573- Abu Hurairah -raḍiyallāhu 'anhu- meriwayatkan bahwa Rasulullah -ṣallallāhu 'alaihi wa sallam- bersabda, "Jauhilah prasangka, sesungguhnya prasangka itu pembicaraan yang paling dusta!" (Muttafaq 'Alaih)

1) Peringatan dari prasangka, karena prasangka termasuk jenis dusta yang paling besar.

2) Thinking well of Muslims is a sign of sincere faith.

2) Berbaik sangka kepada kaum muslimin adalah bukti kebenaran iman seorang hamba.
